While at Dowling, Jimmy was a three-time Team State Champion and runner up one year. He was Individual State Champion in the 100 and 200 freestyle. Jimmy obtained three State Champion Relay titles, was the State record holder for the 400 free relay from 20022015, high school All-American Swimmer, first team Iowa Boys State Swim Team, State All-Academic Swim team, Dowling Catholic Team Captain, and was named the 2004 Dowling Student Athlete of the Year. Jimmy attended Northwestern University and was a member of the Varsity swim team from 20042007. At Northwestern, Jimmy was a Team Captain along with two Olympians, and the team placed 4th at the NCAA Championship meet. Jimmy is currently living in Atlanta, Georgia and is the Vice President of Corporate Development at PGI.
