Class of 1997

During his time at Dowling Catholic, David was a Boys Golf State Champion (1995) and two­-time State runner up (1994­-1996). He was the Individual Conference Champion (1996) and a member of the Golf team placing 3rd, 1st, and 3rd in State (1995­-1997). David lettered in golf all 4 years; he also lettered in swimming, wrestling, and track. David went on to play golf at Wichita State University and Drake University. Dr. David C. Bartels lives in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho with his wife Krista and is working as a Medical Oncologist at Summit Cancer Center.
