• Tri-captain of 1966 football team that went 7-1 (Jim Williams 2nd year)
• Offensive guard and linebacker, also punter his senior year
• All-City 1st Team (1965)
• All-State 3rd Team (1965)
• Went on to play football at University of South Dakota under scholarship
o Baseball
• Lettered and started in baseball (1965 & 1966)
• Catcher under coach George Cordaro
• All-City 2nd Team (1966)

• Coach Williams remarked that he was one of a handful of key players responsible for taking Dowling football to a level of excellence that remains to this day
• University of South Dakota: starting linebacker (1967 & 1968)
• Completed college career at Minot State University where he lettered in Golf
• He is a retired Federal Law Enforcement Special Agent/Supervisory Special Agent for the US Treasury Department, then went on to serve in the Arizona Department of Racing and continues as a consultant in Forensic Accounting and Financial Fraud Investigations
• Currently resides in Arizona with his wife Joan. They have 5 children and 2 grandchildren
• Fondest Memories
o Close bonds and friendships among classmates of all grades
o Sincere gratitude for the education and discipline received from the priests, lay teachers and coaches
o Beating Roosevelt 19-0 senior year (the first time Dowling beat them in 19 years!)

My education from Dowling has been the foundation of my career and life experience. I believe each and every teammate of mine at Dowling not only contributed to the tremendous athletic success we had at Dowling, but also to my individual achievements. It was truly a team effort!
