• Betsy participated in Cross Country, Track and Basketball here at Dowling.
• She was a five-time State Champion and a member of the 2007 State Championship Cross Country team
• In AAU/USTF her 4x800m relay team was national champion, breaking the national record
• At the University of Iowa, she was a five-time national qualifier and 2nd Team All-American, and recipient of numerous sportsmanship and academic awards.
• Betsy currently lives in Bend, Oregon and is represented tonight by her mom, Ann Flood, and sisters Mollie & Annie
